Led the implementation of Serial number tracking system for LifeScan’s products (Dia- betic Strips) to counter the duplication of the LifeScan’s products in various countries so that the product could be tracked where they are sold or distributed. This was done at the Pallet/Case and carton level.

Led the integration project between JDE OneWorld, LifeScan’s ERP system and Red- Prairie (WMS system used by Exel logistics / DHL, 3 Party Logistics provider used by Lifescan’s Shipping and Receiving operations). This is a large scale complex eCom- merce program implemented in 2 phases, 1st phase (18 months from 2008 to 2009) in- volved developing about 11 EDI 8xx and 9xx series transactions, the 2nd phase (1 year from 2011 to 2012) involved modifying the EDI transactions to handle product serial numbers. Acted as an advisory project manager on most of other projects that fol- lowed the risk-based approach in the execution.

Generated an additional $5 million in revenue by leading implementation of a contract management system for LifeScan’s marketing division through design, development, testing of a new portal that could be used by customer and integrated into a backend system (NetSuite-Saas based system).

• Reviewed the Contract manufacturing functionality requirements for various Pfizer sites and mapped the processes into the ERP system used by Pfizer.
