Security Assistance Training Management Organization Aug 2016 to Present
U.S. Army Fort Bragg, NC
Duties: Performed duties under Title 22 Foreign Military Sales to the Taiwan Ministry of Defense. With a focus in training, management and organization of the Taiwanese Patriot Missile Defense System. Incorporated maintenance/logistics practices and accountability. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Taiwan Patriot program.
Accomplishments:
Orchestrated the planning, preparation, implementation and memorandums of agreements between Taiwan Defense Forces and the US Patriot Technical Assistance Fielding Team.
Performed duties as the Senior Liaison between US State Department Officials, Taiwan Ministry of Defense personnel, civilian contract agencies and DOD officials.
Responsible for the employment, logistics, training, organization, and personnel.

Accomplishments:
Participated in the development and growth of the AIAMD system while conducting Tactics Techniques and Procedures Verification (TTPV). Integrated new systems hardware upgrades into the PAC-3 Radar. Lead and procured equipment for future PAC-3 launcher station testing, for end-to-end validation.
Spearheaded the deployment and redeployment of Patriot equipment in and out of Central Command Area of Operations (CENTCOM AOR) in five separate countries, with System Integration and Checkout (SICO) oversight and reporting.
Utilized the Force Development Test/Experimentation (FDT/E) to examine the effectiveness of existing and proposed concepts.
Led three open source contract projects estimated at $200M.
Responsible for the definition and refinement of concepts of employment, logistics, training, organization, and personnel.

Directly accountable for logistics, logistical parts tracking data, budgeting of repair parts and ground support equipment worth in excess 980 million dollars. Maintained all supply functions and maintenance operations.
Accomplishments:
•Selected as the Intermediate Support Element Officer in Charge (OIC), to mentor, train and evaluate the readiness of personnel for deployment.
•Developed and implemented unit’s maintenance program, ensuring necessary service parts and techniques where adhered to, allowing system readiness for the Battalion.
•Reallocated Air Force equipment of generation power and life support for a new Patriot site in Jordan.

Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator (MOS-140E) Apr 2006 to Feb 2010

Duties: Provided leadership training to Soldiers and Officers, designated as the technical and tactical advisor and SME on all things PATRIOT to unit Commanders. Lead, trained and mentored in excess of 2000 Soldiers throughout my military career including enlisted Soldiers and commissioned officers.

Responsible for Patriot contract oversight and renewal authorizations for the entire Patriot fighting force while stationed in Germany
Table VIII certified as Tactical Control Assistant (TCA) at battery level. Supported the Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC-3) recommend proposed resolution process of the problems discovered during missile testing. Participated in 5 Patriot live fires.
Deployed as the Battery SME to the CENTCOM AOR, resulting in a 98% readiness rate with my Radar being handpicked by the CENTCOM General Officer to stay as the theater Operational Readiness Float
Designed an Enhanced Deep Maintenance Program tailored to the needs and conditions of the harsh desert environment in the AOR, resulting in the implementation of a six-hour maintenance necessity implemented AOR wide and still used today.
