Responsible for the start up of Concept Services in 1995. Concept Services performed low voltage wiring installations for major companies in the North Texas region including Johnson Control, Trane, Barber Coleman, Powers, Controls Systems Inc., and Enviromatic Systems.
Grew first year sales in excess of $1 million and employed 25 installers. Increased annual sales to $2 million in 1996, employing 45 installers. Consistently grew annual sales of $1.5 to $2 million and employed 25 to 35 installers year after year.
Concept Services also performed installation work for Simplex on Fire Alarm systems. Personally responsible for all estimating and sales for the company, managing installations for all projects.
