• Responsible for all Sales into Domestic Emergency markets which include: Law Enforcement, Fire/EMS, Federal Government, and legacy Warning through a network of over 950 distributors, dealers and OEM customers throughout the U.S. driven by a Managed sales team of 10 Direct and 22 Independent Sales Representatives calling on these customer segments as well as the individual Law enforcement, Fire, & EMS Fleet customers throughout the U.S. o Delivered $31,000,000 in sales in 2016.
o On pace to deliver over $35,00,000 in 2017
• Tasked with oversight and budget development of $3,500,000 + o Sales expense budget came in 3% under budget for 2016
• Directed customer service team of 7 people, responsible for all domestic and international order entry as well as outbound call activity for the Federal government market segment. o This outbound call and quoting activity resulted in over $750,000 worth of revenue in 2016.
• Managed ongoing sales integration of NOVA, ECCO, & PRECO products into Code 3 product line o This integration added $750,000 in incremental revenue in 2016
• Led new distribution opportunities outside of traditional market segment distribution with Balkamp, Keystone Automotive, and various online outlets
o $500,000 + in revenue in fiscal 2017.
• Secured new OEM opportunity with Harley-Davidson Motorcycle to supply all lighting for their Law Enforcement Market Segment
o $200,000 + in revenue in fiscal 2017 and $750,000 in fiscal 2018
