3. Responsibleforachievementalloutlets,Guestsurveyratingsfor:foodtaste,varietyand presentationandservicestaffratingsforAllF&Bserviceoutlets. 4. Responsibletokeepwasteoffoodataminimumbysupervisingthepreparationofsmall batches.

5. ResponsiblefordailycleaningallFBserviceoutletsareaasperUSPH(UnitedStatesPublic Health)standards.

6. ResponsibleformonthlyRatingcardReportsandperformanceappraisalsforallstaffand crewassignedtoWorksdirectlywithCulinaryandDiningServicesmanagementteamin completionofallevaluations.

12. AssiststheManager-CulinaryOperationswiththeordering,loading,storingandissuingof allMarineHotelsuppliesexcludingmedicalsupplies,beveragesanduniforms.Assistswith keepingadequateinventorylevelsofallMarineHotelsuppliesexcludingmedicalitems, beveragesanduniforms.Helpsmonitorandcontrolconsumptionofallsuppliesusedinthe culinaryanddiningareas.Controlsinventorylevelsattargetorlower. 13. AssiststheManager–CulinaryOperationsintheoveralloperationofthegarbage sanitationareaonboardtheshop.Maintainsandsupervisessortingandprocessingprocedures, cleaningandequipmentmaintenanceandworkscheduleofpersonnel.TheAssistantManager- Culinaryoperationsisdirectlyresponsibleforcoordinatingthesourceseparationofwasteby department.

14. AssiststheManager-CulinaryOperationsinsupervisingandexecutingproperoperating andcleaningproceduresinalldishwashingareasassigned.Makesdailyinspectionduringeach mealperiodofthedishwashingoperationandcleanupproceduresandaddressany deficiencies.

15. AssiststheManager-CulinaryOperationsintheimplementationandexecutionoffood handling,foodserviceandcleaningproceduresinaccordancewithUSPHandHALstandardsin theassignedworkareas.FollowsallHACCPproceduresassetbyCompany. 16. Directs,supervisesandtrainsallsubordinatesintheirperformanceoftheirdutiesin accordancewiththequalitystandardssetbythecompany.

17. Preparesorcausestobepreparedworkschedulesofallemployeesintheassigned departmentskeepinginmindwork/resthourpoliciesandtheminimizationofovertime. 18. Controlsactualhoursworkedinhis/herdepartmentandhastheserecordedandreported ontheappropriateformsasperstandardssetbytheMarineHotelDepartment. 19. Preparesobjectiveperformanceevaluationreportsforofficers,pettyofficersandother employeesintheassigneddepartments.

20. Responsiblefortheperformance,personalconduct,dressandgroomingofallsubordinate employees.

21. Reportsanymalfunctioningequipmentorfurnishingsinneedofrepairorrefurbishingto theappropriatedepartmentsand/orManager-CulinaryOperations. 22.
