AssiststheManager-CulinaryOperationswiththeordering,loading,storingandissuingof allMarineHotelsuppliesexcludingmedicalsupplies,beveragesanduniforms.Assistswith keepingadequateinventorylevelsofallMarineHotelsuppliesexcludingmedicalitems, beveragesanduniforms.Helpsmonitorandcontrolconsumptionofallsuppliesusedinthe culinaryanddiningareas.Controlsinventorylevelsattargetorlower. 13. AssiststheManager–CulinaryOperationsintheoveralloperationofthegarbage sanitationareaonboardtheshop.Maintainsandsupervisessortingandprocessingprocedures, cleaningandequipmentmaintenanceandworkscheduleofpersonnel.TheAssistantManager- Culinaryoperationsisdirectlyresponsibleforcoordinatingthesourceseparationofwasteby department.
14. AssiststheManager-CulinaryOperationsinsupervisingandexecutingproperoperating andcleaningproceduresinalldishwashingareasassigned.Makesdailyinspectionduringeach mealperiodofthedishwashingoperationandcleanupproceduresandaddressany deficiencies.
15. AssiststheManager-CulinaryOperationsintheimplementationandexecutionoffood handling,foodserviceandcleaningproceduresinaccordancewithUSPHandHALstandardsin theassignedworkareas.FollowsallHACCPproceduresassetbyCompany. 16. Directs,supervisesandtrainsallsubordinatesintheirperformanceoftheirdutiesin accordancewiththequalitystandardssetbythecompany.
17. Preparesorcausestobepreparedworkschedulesofallemployeesintheassigned departmentskeepinginmindwork/resthourpoliciesandtheminimizationofovertime. 18.
