Summary

Justin Muniz has over 15 years of experience with safety, training, and operations in a variety of industries. Justin started at Total Transit as a sole proprietor transportation provider learning the transportation business from the ground up. In 2015, Justin then joined Total Transit as an employee and started off as the Safety and Network Coordinator for the East Valley Dial-A-Ride Project. In this role, he was responsible for safety, field observations, auditing network provider safety and operations, accident and compliant investigation, and related duties. Also, Justin was responsible for the day to day operation of the NEMT, Accessible vehicle fleet, scheduling, route manifesting, driver selection, coaching, and continuous improvement to ensure performance and adherence to Dial-A-Ride policies. Prior to Total Transit, Justin had responsibilities for training and safety of drivers in the pizza delivery and warehouse distribution industries.
