Summary
Justin Muniz has over 15 years of experience with safety, training, and operations in a variety of industries. Provided safety leadership, training, and service expertise to East Valley Dial-A-Ride Project and then to overall Valley Metro Dial-A-Ride Project for Total Transit with approx. 740-800 Drivers and Provider Companies. Manages the day-to-day operations of the accessible van fleet for Total Transit. Select, train, evaluate, and coach drivers in Dial-A-Ride policies, procedures, safe driving, customer service, wheel chair securement, ADA, and related topics.
