Responsible to receive and analyze engineering and non.- engineering authorizing documents for preparation of job cards in the PDCS system in support of the Space Station Program,and SSME Lox and Fuel Turbo Pumps.I was required to write job cards,schedule planning work packages,estimate planning hours,and I put tracking data into the PDCS/EMPL systems.

Accomplishments

I became the lead for PDC, supervisor of 4 level 3 planners union employees.also envolved with the SSME fuel and lox pumps OE teams located at DeSoto.I was assigned to that facility and has established Planning Data Control and Status Planning support in that area. Also reorganized the IDCR and MR crib to make tracking of these documents more attainable,and provided a real time planning and backlog and priority. Skills Used

I was able to learn the flow of all work,and see first hand the flying of the B1B, To watch and hear how the B1B performed, Flying during test and all scheduled operations,from Edwards Airforce mechanics.Also to have delivery on time so the plane could fly or move from work station,to work station.The B1B had to fly on certain days or the company would lose money,and time,Always had to put the company first. My interpersonal skills in relationships with the customer demonstrated how I was afforded,to get a better job.So I had to be on time every day and to deliver all parts and manufacturing orders to continue the build and flying of the B1B.

In the interest of seeking employment opportunities with your company, I retired form Rocketdyne in 1997,I had a full lumber fusion.In 1999 I became a baseball hitting and pitching coach,for my son and daughter,managed both boys in high school,and girls fast pitch softball.my son was drafted by the Los Angles Dodgers were he played for 5 years,2 years with the Minnesota saints.many of the boys I coached went on to play division 1 sports,I was a paid instructor,pitching,hitting.Currently looking for a position affording me the opportunity to utilize my technical and administrative skills while presenting continued growth potentials.
