Project Description: (EIT Automation)

Implementing 2 RPAs and 1 RDA. First RPA used to upload data from shared drive to DB.

Second RPA used to check for new loan in DB and go to DMP and download PDFs based on Business Rules.

Merged downloaded PDFs to single PDF and save it and update DB with completion Status.

RDA: 1.Opens, from Shared Drive, PDF related to Loan Number for modification

2. Extracts Information from Loan Auditor iFulFill and PDF using Loan Number and display in UI

In order to OpenSpan issue all the policies on Sise, an eBao extract file must be provided containing all the required information of the policies issued on eBao within the previous day.

Project Description: (CPS Collections – Report (Duplicate) Notes)

CPS Collection analysts reconcile payments that AIG receives from its customers i.e. Brokers, Insureds. These payments must be assigned to the correct policies and documentation must also occur. This includes retrieving daily payments from JP Morgan to entering all payment information/notes in SAP. When a balance is outstanding, the analysts are responsible for checking on payments and updating a variety of reports (i.e. War Room, BI Aging) to track the statuses.

Project Description: (Inter Vendor Soft Hand Off Feature)

The Inter Vendor Soft Hand off (IVSHO) feature is developed to improve RF performance at multi-vendor borders which must otherwise exclusively use Hard Hand off .This feature allows the addition of soft hand off links that belong to other vendor BTSs. IVSHO is defined in 3GPP2 IOS Standards as A3/A7 interfaces. A7 is used for signalling, and A3 is used for bearer. The signalling messages are sent using SCTP/IP and the bearer messages are sent using UDP/IP. Nortel to Nortel BSCs will only be connected over ISSHO.NOIS protocol is used for signalling among Nortel nodes and with other vendor using A3/A7 protocol. The IVSHO feature requires changes to the existing BSC Call Processing modules and the introduction of a new card IVSHOFP that handles IVSHO link additions and deletions. IVSHOFP is a new card introduced to support soft/softer hand off between inter vendor BSCs using modified Inter-operability specification 3G-IOSv4.3.1 protocol. NOIS protocol is used for signalling among Nortel nodes and with other vendor using A3/A7 protocol. The IVSHO feature requires changes to the existing BSC Call Processing modules and the introduction of a new card IVSHOFP that handles IVSHO link additions and deletions.

Responsibilities:-

●Designed Performance Management module that supports the configuration of the performance measurement functions such as Diagnostic Logging and Operational Measurement to provide information on the performance of the different entities in the system.

●The process handles the provisioning information related to Logs and OMs for the IvshoFp applications collected.

●Involved in development of ISTP (IVSHO Signalling Tunnelling Protocol) Header Creation and transmission of ISTP messages between sessions established on IVSHOFP and IVSHO-Router.
