As part of a SAP IT transformation project, led teams in delivery of golden data from legacy systems to SAP for second phase of a worldwide roll out. Managing all senior management reporting of program status and cutover activities. Given specific responsibility for SAP Data Readiness and quality of data during mock testing cycles to production Go-Live. Utilizing HP ALM for defect tracking, MS Team Foundation Server for work distribution, Informatica for Data Profiling, Cleansing and Data harmonization. Tableau for reporting. Utilized Agile techniques of Kanban for managing work flow. For multiple concurrent releases, responsible for managing domain stakeholder requirements, approval signoffs, workplans, and change requests. Supported BHI’s manufacturing sector by participating in strategic business process events, such as Kaizen, and including value stream mapping. This project used a SaaS product, which incorporated both IAM and SSO from vendor to BHI, worked with both the vendor’s engineering team and Baker Hughes security to address requirements.
