April 2017 – Aug 2017 - I worked at Connect Hearing as an office manager. I did all the billing and paperwork for all new clients. Made appointments. Cleaned all types of hearing aids and fixed them when I could. Sent in hearing aids for repair. Greeting all new patients and old ones that would come in.

I help Veterans with Aid and Attendance paperwork and I type letters that go out to agents, Insurance companies, and Veterans.
October 2004- December 2007 – I stayed home to raise our children. I also provided care for 4 other children in my home. I helped them with homework and kept them busy during the summer with many activities. I sold Real Estate on the weekends and nights. I helped a couple of people find homes while we were in Virginia. I really enjoy working with and helping other people. We moved to FL, due to my husband getting a military transfer.

Our School was Pre-K through 8th grade. I had many responsibilities in the office. I made sure teachers had all supplies and books that were needed, processed all copies, answered multi-line phone system and took messages, typed any notes or letters to parents for teachers and Principal, as well as handling any communication with parents. I processed all tuition that came in and also kept student records in order. I really enjoyed working with students and their parents.

May 1998 – November 1999 – I worked at San Diego Pediatrics Dental Office in San Diego, CA. My main job was to file insurance claims for four dentists. I made sure the insurance companies as well as patient bills were paid and kept current. I also made appointments for patients and went over charts with parents if they had any questions or concerns regarding insurance or procedures.

After about 6 months I was then promoted to the Advertising department as a Secretary. I worked with advertisers in getting ads ready and calling newspapers and magazines setting up ads. I also helped setting up and opening new stores with signs.
