Manage, supervise and monitor product Quality from raw material to final product, reach and maintain the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 certification and keep updated the Quality Manual, executed Engineering Improvement Process (EIP) initiatives such: Core Tools, FMEA, Deep Root Cause Analysis, Define, Solve, Prevent and Control problems with effective solutions.
I simplified and change the way and frequency of communication with customers, having a better relationship reached a better percentage from 85% to 98% in Satisfaction Surveys.

Focused on Auto-inspection, process assurance instead of control the quality, bolstering the Quality Management System and implementing process controls, I Attained reduce the RPPM from 5.59% to 0.04% of sales and achieved better internal FTQ from 87% to 99.6%.
