ADDITIONAL INFORMATION When I worked for Crum & Forster Insurance I was responsible for mail and supplies and forms for the office. I had a staff of 4 that distributed the mail and supplies to various floors and departments. I had also created an umbrella account for supply items with several other branches to lower the cost of paper, toner and other office supplies from one vendor. I did the same thing with the overnight mail. FedEx and UPS gave us and the branches a discount on overnight shipping because of collective volume. I then was given the task of tending to the computer system and the phones system. I backed up the network and monitored the volume of data that went to the brokers. I was also responsible for the office equipment, printers and copiers, to see that they received regular maintenance and repaired. I later worked with AST Stockplan. I was a manager there that was responsible for the volume of worked that came through the mail room. I had a staff of 5 and we folded and stuffed on average 3000 – 5000 pieces of mail a day. We also shipped FedEx and UPS. Quarter’s end we mailed to 25000 pieces by week’s end. I also ordered paper and supplies for the office. Maintenance on the office equipment copier/printers, folder / inserter was also part of my duties.
