Engineer
Out Side Plant (OSP) Uverse engineer VRAD’s. Engineer - A top producer as an engineer for the Lighspeed project, Uverse TV. Engineered Uverse for the Central Valley. Designed VRAD and its equipment, placement and installation; fielding, right-of-way, and permit compliance. I used the at&t ARAMIS (AutoCad equivalent) Engineering design system. I worked in this capacity for four years, until the Central Valley was saturated.
OSP Joint Pole – Designed and engineer at&t new pole placement, and removal, for the Central Valley and throughout the state of California. I engineered poles for new home tracks, including fielding and permit requirements.

– Mobility Warranty Manager PNW
Mobility Warranty Manager PNW - Managed the quality and warranty of cell site construction. Met weekly with contractors to review construction and maintenance issues. Tracked and reported on Cell Site Acceptance issues. I insured that New Cell Site Builds were prepared for site audits.
Dispatched OSP Technicians to cell site, generated reports on cell site status. Monitored cell site activity.
Manager Warranty & Quality PNW
Partnered in developing the Pacific North West Warranty system that is being implemented nationally.
I handled contact billing, warranty, and out-of-warranty issues. I dispatched Ops techs and contractors for site repair. I meet weekly with vendors to discuss outstanding warranty tickets and to answer their questions. I report weekly on the warranty issues, keeping Ops abreast of warranty issues. I report monthly on YTD open/closed problem tickets. I was the liaison for Ops technicians and contractors.

Analyzes Item of Plant, copper and lead cable in an effort to replace damaged and or defective cables. I review cabling as reported by field techs that are in need of replacement. I’m responsible for making sure that the replacement of the cable can be done expediently. I engineer/design (redlined) defective cable jobs using ARIMIS and OptiNT (AutoCad equivalentsystems). My position is proactive; this is so to prevent costly technician dispatches. I read logs, databases, algorithms and run macros in determining the feasibility of cable replacement.
