Work alone and with other employees in testing, adjusting and/or repairing central office equipment and facilities used in providing high quality network switching, trunking, and special services.
Analyze defects, test, repair, and maintain telephone switching circuits and equipment in central offices, remote repeater locations, and administrative buildings by using various test equipment.
Review and interpret service, circuit diagrams, layout records or other technical documents (i.e. WORD documents), and follow standard practices for provisioning special service, carrier, and message circuit orders.
Review and analyze complex schematic drawings in performing work operations.
Tire Builder/Mill Gen. Operator/ARF Builder Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. 1985-1998
Worked to produce and manufacture tires.
Assured that the tires built met all specifications and design requirements.
Responsible for modifications of all materials used in manufacturing process in order to meet new production requirements as new designs were started.
Operated 6 mills which included running and loading stock and scrap rubber and delivered to their designated area.
Set up and operated ARF machine to produce and manufacture tires to assure that all tires are being built to meet all specifications and design requirements.
Tread Booker/U-2 Tire Builder Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. 1985-1998
Responsible for setting up computer to cut tread to the required length, programming the required tire codes and booking stock to be shipped to their designated areas.
Worked to produce and manufacture tires to meet all specifications and design requirements.
Electronic Technician Smith Gray Electric 1986
Responsible for performing fault isolation and analysis on various electronic equipment and PC boards.
Performed troubleshooting and repairs to assure the equipment met operating specified requirements.
Learning Instructor Gadsden St. Tech School 1985-1986
Served as instructor in the Special Services Department.
Taught Basic Mathematics along with Algebra, Geometry and English.
Encouraged student involvement and incorporated ideas, skills, etc., into the classroom environment.

Responsible for assuring the lab was properly equipped and that the equipment met the specified requirements.
