Physician Data Management specializes in third party billing for Pathology/Laboratory, Radiology and Orthopedics, with the main focus on Pathology. While at PDM I managed information technology, charge entry, cash posting and scanning departments. I have written, maintained, and managed the processing of over 100 charge/data interfaces including, but not limited to PowerPath, Epic, McKesson, and Medical Manager. Responsible for month end reporting packages to all clients and staff. This includes processing, data warehouseing, delivery, and developing any add hock reporting. I developed a vb.net automated delivery system to send out month end client reports. Physician Data Management was the 5th install of NextGen A/R Management software back in 1997. I’ve installed and support over 30 updated versions of the software.

We hired marketing and developers from Powerpath to help design/develop/market and manage this system. I was directly involved in the design and development of Pathsync and focused on the data flow from LIS to Billing. I know the entire process from accessioning to resulting.
