Lead on Agile Advisory Team for adding and increasing Agile principle and practice adoption within the Fannie Mae projects including the modified waterfall projects that are the majority of the project types.

Project Management
Scrum Master for the Vendor Funded Promotions project. This Scrum team is part of the Merchandising Portfolio with 4 Scrum teams utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Project/Program Manager for the Quality Assurance System (QAS) enhancement program. This program is budgeted at $1,002,419 and has 21 team members. This application supports the Loan Quality Assurance process managed by the National Underwriting Center and includes web pages, process workflows, database, and B2B imaging.
Project Manager for the STAR application which supports the Servicer Total Achievements and Rewards. This project had a $550k budget with 12 team members.
Project Manager for the Enterprise Transformation Program – Main development effort was the Re-Architect MB to .Net Services project for the Healthways Account. This project converts 15 message broker services to the MS .Net platform. Successfully deployed into production on June 15th, 2014 after over a year of delay. This was a multiyear project and was budgeted at $890,000 to complete and a peak of 14 immediate team members when I became PM.
Project Manager for a standardized performance management system with 10 core project team members utilizing an iterative software development methodology.
Manager for the Blaze Rules to JBoss project. This project stood up Jboss servers and coordinated the switch in the calling services to the JBoss server from the original Glassfish.
Managed for the License Management System and Web Services projects being developed as part of a combined vehicle diagnostic and reflashing tool including Web Front End, Database, and Backend systems. Instrumental in having the HP team selected to develop the License Management System. Technical architecture includes, SOA Solution, SOAP/XML. This was a 68.25 man month project with a peak of 7 developers.
Managed two pc-based development projects with a tight deadline requiring implementation before a parts obsolescence took place involving a cross functional team from Stuttgart Germany and Portland Oregon.
Managed complex cross functional development effort of IBM WebSphere/Oracle application for flashing electronic control units correctly at the plants on schedule for model year production. This project includes web pages, reports, SOAP internet connections with a fat client pc application.
