Ø OVERALL PURPOSES

The Spare Parts Administrator is responsible for handling, tracking, distribution, swapping and availability of all spare parts and consumables. And charge of the central spare parts store as well as the distribution to possible regional stores. The Spare Parts Administrators role in the overall network performance perspective is to ensure that spare parts for all equipment is available at any time in central and regional stores.

Ø PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible of follow up Hardware case in network (Ericson, NSN, Huawei, NEC, Aviate and IPOIS NEC ), and check with operation team the needed spare to solve it

Responsible of restoration sites in ( west, north, and Mosul ) I following up to check the report that received from operation team after survey and share the needed spares with costumer .

Responsible to follow up shortage spare parts and needed spares

Responsible to follow up external alarm case .

Responsible to follow up the consumable materials and clear the snag .

Responsible for the central spare parts store, (security, inventory, support systems)

Responsible for the timely sending / receiving and logging of faulty spares to / from repair centers / regional stores.

Responsible for the correct handling / packing of spares / consumables.

Responsible for the availability of spares / consumables in central and regional stores.

Responsible for the correct storage and release of tools / instruments / test equipment.

Produces regular inventory / spare parts usage reports.

Coordination between FLM and our logistic team to withdraw the needed spares material in order to be as in hand spares for daily activities in operational sites.

Responsible of 18 warehouse in IRAQ and make re-balance between spare parts to avoid and outage in region
