OBJECTIVE :
To contribute strong and well-rounded engineering and construction experience as Supervising Engineer along with self-motivated drive for excellence and success to the Company's Project Management Team.
QUALIFICATION:
Twenty eight (28) years of experience from different construction firm for oil & gas construction and piping & pipe supports fabrication in the Middle East, Vietnam and power generation & power line facilities in the Philippines, I personally oversee the directions for the attainment of projects production contribution targets. Lead, promote and improve Quality, Safety and Productivity objectives. Possess strong leadership and good command in both written and oral English communication.
Present Job Description:
• Piping Supervisor - Overall lead for the underground and above ground piping works for site fabrication, installation, testing and pre-commissioning. Conduction internal line check and punch items prior for pipe line test (hydrostatic/pneumatic test). Check P&ID test limit and prepare Test Package for client approval. Clear system punch of client prior for system hand over. Ensure that all works complies to safe, quality, methods, procedures, specifications and other standards.
• Engineering Supervisor - Preparation of all Engineering Documents such as Method Statements, Flow Chart, Fabrication Schedule, Preparation of Piping & Pipe Supports cutting list, and Miscellaneous Steel Works prior for fabrication. Analyzed all Isometric and Structural drawings, generate erection Drawing and Spool Drawings using SPOOLGEN Plus software.
• Design Calculations of Tanks, Pressure Vessels and Blind Flanges Capacity as Per ASME and ARAMCO Standard.
• Design Preparation for Steel Structures such as warehouse, pipe racks, fabrication shop with overhead crane and some miscellaneous steel works which need a safety capacity calculation.
• Preparation of pipe cutting list to be issue to fabrication shop as per isometric drawing and specifications given.
• Conduct necessary revisions and as-built drawing of isometric drawings (if required).
• Preparation of pipe support, structural platforms and pipe racks cutting list as per drawing and specifications approved by clients.
• Study and design calculation of joints and loading capacity.
• Prepare structural drawings subject for approval as per requirements.
• Prepare Manpower and Equipment Utilization Schedules.
