Site performance even better or same as before the carrier upgrade is the biggest challenge.

To maintain the all KPI value as agreed with the customer like CSDCR<0.4%, RRC, RAB, Incoming and outgoing Initial parameter and neighbor tuning for upcoming new, 2nd/3rd/4th carrier upgrade sites.

Set the basic RBS and RNC parameters to the default and optimized value according to the traffic, clutter and terrain condition.

Define the 3G and 2G neighbors for each carrier separately in both ways to avoid any kind of degradation due to missing neighbor.

After all this parameter and neighbor unlock the site or carrier for initial tuning to check the performance of the site.

To keep the SHO should be >99%.

Daily basis check the alarm, VSWR, UL RSSI, IUB congestion of each site.

Optimize the RF parameters to maintain the stability of the network.

Send the site for DT team and co-ordinate with them to improve the coverage and Quality of the site.

In the last if the site performance is in agreed values submit the site to the end customer.

Got appreciation for significant contribution to LTE launch in Bangalore and Mysore.
