I service as a Progresstech Design Engineer have being contracted by The Boeing Company for work at the Boeing Design Center in Moscow. The Boeing Design Center is operated by the Moscow branch office of Boeing Russia, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company which provides various types of services to The Boeing Company in support of Boeing’s commercial airplane programs, including consultation, research and technical assistance services.

Responsibilities: Dataset Quality Assurance (DQA) focal

Functions: I am supporting the 747-8 Section 44 fuselage integration joining areas common to the station 1000 and 1480 bulkhead frames design team by coordinating the details of the work statement which is sent to the Boeing Design Center (BDC) team for supporting our work commitments for the Work Placement Request. I’m acting as a liaison between the BDC team and the key focals in Everett to collect information necessary for the staff to perform the work defined for the BDC team. I continue to develop professional relationships with the key Design Engineers, Stress Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers to aid in coordination between the BDC team and the Boeing Everett team. As required I hold meetings and personal discussions during which I support others in, technical requirements, share my knowledge and experience. I cooperate with persons performing the work in the BDC team, coordinate the technical product with the Boeing onsite team once work is completed or if any questions arise while the BDC designer is performing the work, follow up any technical design requirements and direction that is necessary to complete the engineering drafting work sent to the BDC (Boeing Design Center) team.

Investigation, implementation and check. 787 Parts Information Management System (PIMS) team.

Functions

Created ENOVIA Part References as required using IPSM process (in Maintenance Effectivity Domain of ENOVIA). I created “Black Box” assemblies of fasteners and standard parts for each IRM/ARM associated to a Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) (in Maintenance Effectivity Domain of ENOVIA). There were two separate statements of work with this activity comprised of three work- packages. There was a stable statement of work that was a list of IRM/ARMs from Boeing PIMS to BDC.

There was also an emergent statement of work based on M2 errors (defects discovered by customers) found by

Continental DataGraphics in the PIMS team authoring and Quality Assurance process.

Creating Engineering work statement in ENOVIA
