Objective: I strive for professionalism and effectiveness. I believe in maintaining a pleasant work environment while working to meet the standards and goals that are set forth by the company.
Qualifications
It is extremely important to me that each work experience be a building experience. My background as a correctional officer taught me to be fair, firm, and consistent when dealing with others. I transferred these skills to my position as a warehouse lead. My duties as a lead included conducting daily meetings with employees to address errors, productivity, and housekeeping; frequent communication with supervisors to discuss production status and problem areas; posting daily productivity and error reports; and also ensuring that pick schedules are cleared and that no product is left on floors, conveyors, aisles, or reconcile areas before leaving at end of shift.
