Deployed, maintained, and introduced new asset management system into live production environment. Monitored storage levels and folder structure and governed policies to ensure optimal performance. Directed overall production editing schedule for NFL, MLB, and NASCAR, with budget of $2.5 million. Hired all remote camera crews for FOX NFL Sunday, MLB on FOX, and NASCAR on FOX studio shows. Managed $1.6 million budget for feature ENG crews. Scheduled four Final Cut Pro bays, Smoke bay, Fire bay, After Effects bay, and two audio suites.

Worked closely with engineering concerning union personnel as well as evaluations and upgrades of facilities.

Booked and oversaw all live two-ways with either remote broadcasts or satellite hits into FOX pre-game shows.
