Résumé of STEVE MAJOR

ac2jy8@r.postjobfree.com Skype: sanjuansteve 360-***-****

SUMMARY

I thrive on challenge, adversity and on continuous learning. The considerable diversity in my background affords me a unique and open minded perspective. I find it equally rewarding to work as a laborer, as a COO or anywhere between.

I’d be happy to help with your estimating and other construction management work, proposals, CPM schedules, schedules of values and pay requisitions, contract controls, litigation support, etc. as an off-site direct W-2 employee or a 1099 consultant, full time, part time or only as needed and for any more or less competitive local wage based on responsibilities. (I’ve been working 95% remotely since 2004 and 100% since hurricane Sandy freeing and enabling me to continue disaster volunteerism in my off time.) You’ll be pleased with the professionalism, detail and accuracy and the added value to your team. I appreciate your consideration. Please find project photos, a full list of skills, sample estimates, etc. in my portfolio and project history document link here: https://goo.gl/e25vLD
