Directly responsible for all aspects of the project management of a $24M building including estimating, value engineering and constructability reviews as well as additional duties on the balance of the nearly $100M project. Responsible for a $6M design/build project including estimating, value engineering and design input, scheduling, budgeting, permitting, the procurement and administration of subcontractors and suppliers, submittals, shop drawing approvals, schedules of values and requisitions for payment, heavy equipment purchases, planning project sequence, duration and methods, monitoring costs through the use of the budget and weekly cost reports, change orders, punch lists and project close-out. Sandy Recovery Volunteer, Seaside Heights, NJ (and affected region) 2013 Hurricane Sandy relief. Volunteered with Portlight Strategies, Inc. for 4 months. Worked primarily with people and families with disabilities to recover from the storm by replacing power wheelchairs, wheelchair ramps, mold remediating and rebuilding their homes, etc. Continuing those efforts independently after separating from Portlight as well as advocating for the disabled. Created a reality TV show concept to bring additional awareness and support as well as direct donations to those in need.

Emergency Rescue Aid, Rockaway, Queens, NY 2012

Hurricane Sandy relief. Volunteered with Team Rubicon for 1 week leading teams on flood clean out missions. Named Operations Director of FOB (Forward Operating Base) Hope after 48 hours on the team. Worked from remote office for an additional week getting a series of sinkholes exposed into the news (the NY Times, etc.) in an effort to protect the residents of that neighborhood.
