Departmental Store Stock, Store Materials handling, Breakdown solving & reporting

Power Report*, DMR Report, MMR Report to make( where applicable ), ISO Documentation

Vendor deployment, Work Order, Purchase Order, Quotation Comparison to make

Electrical Project :

Go through the Electrical Drawing of the plant and pointing out the Electrical works

Attending daily meeting with Mechanical & Civil for the roadmap of the project

Supervising the job on daily basis and issuing the materials required to complete the work

Planning the manpower for each day and making a couple of teams to complete the works.

*Power Report is to submit to the MD on daily basis in Rashmi Metaliks Ltd.

Blast Furnace Electrical Maintenance :

6.6 kV HT Blower Board, VC, Relay etc. Supervising and Maintenance

LT PCC and MCC power distribution

63/25T EOT Crane, Drive, PLC, Motor Feeder etc.

132kV/ 33kV & 6.6kV Substation Maintenance :

Checking all the VCB and SF6 Breaker during Power Shutdown.

Replacing defected Insulator, LA etc

Testing Transformer oil BDV when required.

Power Report & Project :

Calculating all the Unit’s separate consumption, power factor, load factor.

Completed 15 days project of ‘Installation of HT Capacitor in 33kV line bus’.
