Most Recent Experience (agency/contract): My most recent agency/contract position was as Senior Procurement Engineer (CGD), with Xron Associates, Inc. on contract to Bechtel National Inc. (BNI) in supporting of the Hanford Waste Treatment Plan (WTP) project. I worked in the BNI Procurement Engineering group office, performing commercial grade dedication (CGD) of Q nuclear grade equipment for the (WTP), preparing, reviewing and approving commercial grade dedication documentation in accordance with ASME NQA-1 and EPRI 5652 requirements. I also acted as SME for instrumentation & Control issues.
Most Recent Experience (direct): My most recent direct position was with URS Corporation, as Lead Instrumentation & Control Engineer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the Umatilla Chemical Weapons Disposal Facility – Army Demilitarization project. Was the chairman of the Design Review Board for the WPPSS. I was recently with URS Corporation at UMCDF as Lead Instrument Engineer & SME. SUPERVISION Lead I&C Engineer, Burns & Roe, Inc. at the WPPSS (WNP-2 nuclear plant), supervising thirteen design engineers and designers. Recently as Lead Instrument Engineer & SME at URS Corporation, supervising instrument engineers at the Umatilla Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (UMCDF). Supervising personnel during design, calibration, start-up, testing, systemization, operations and closure engineering activities.
PLANT SUPPORT Responding to critical issues encountered during nuclear plant
