Alarm Monitoring and fault management and technical resolution for PACO, ISP network and IP NEs.

Follow-ups & Actions on ISP (Internet Service Provider) Backbone Network Design

Monitoring of Router Interfaces traffic on MRTG tool.

Daily Router monitoring like System logs, CPU load, BGP fluctuation, high temp, and other abnormalities.

Network Compliance as per audit points to meet the guidelines of DoT.

Implement network changes as per requirement and recommendation.

Support for new Network node integrations and acceptance like MME, S/P G-W etc.

UNIX Scripting to automate the requirement & VBA Application to make macro to ease the task.

24x7 Preventive Network O&M so as to maintain good health of the PACO Nodes at card level functionality.

Gn and ISP Links monitoring and action as per business growth and raise the concern to ISP if any issue.

PACO nodes and Router up-gradation as per requirement and correction.

Data roaming concerns and testing scenarios for in & out roamers with help CRMS/JDSU as per IR21.

Maintaining Sleeping cells and NSEIs Gb Links down to zero in the network.

Analyse & take action to improve the data performance and also prepare KPI Improvement Plans.

Tracking spares and Inventory maintenance.

Provide solution and support to Customer regarding complaints of Data Services

Ensure the licenses capacity of PACO NEs as per current data trend.

Ensure hardware capacity and software versions are suitable for the present network requirement.

Follow ups with RPs and changes get implemented at GRX and Firewall as per latest IR21.

Coordination with Vendors for resolution of the Faults / Problems needing vendor support.

Identify Priority basis Faults/Alarms and recommend appropriate resolution action. Major Projects Handled:

Integration of Nokia ATCA SGSN and CISCO PACO Router 7609 in UP West Packet Core Network.

Integration of NOKIA ATCA SGSN and GGSN in Delhi Hub Packet Core Network.
