Position: Fabrication Manager/Safety Officer

Implementation and management of the Fabrication Dept. for a Start up Mid Stream gas company. Using Pressure Swing Adsorption process for separation of Helium and Nitrogen from Natural Gas. Prepare an annual departmental budget. Work with Engineering and contractors to resolve any fabrication questions. Schedule Projects. Prepare Project Status reports for the board of investors. Inspect and test completed projects prior to shipment. Assist Process Engineer with lab experiments. Welding as needed. Fabrication, wiring, and testing PLC’s as needed. Calibrate and install flow, volume, and pressure transmitters. Wire 3ph. equipment and Control Rooms. Instrument tubing on Helium compressor packages.
