Provided direct administrative and commercial assistance to the Commercial Counselor and Trade Office by:

Scheduled and managed the daily activities of the Manager: Meetings, travels (prepared expense claims), logistics, e-calendar, hospitality events, invitations (using MS outlook). Researched background material, analyzed, compiled and summarized information to assist the Manager in preparing for meetings. Tracked and controlled action items; monitored timelines and follows up.
