CNC MACHINIST

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

R&D machinist for Boeing/McDonnell Douglas working with test engineers to meet schedules.

Leadsman for over twenty-five employees; first article inspection, Check; set-up, downloading programs, cutting selections. Delegating work, and machines, along with working with management time scheduling.

Ability to run machine shop with little or no supervision. Skilled at creating special tooling, working with sketches, blueprint, geometric tolerances, and layouts.

Able to work with manual machines, hand tools, CNC milling centers, multi-axis, engine lathe, surface grinders to hold close tolerances, set-up machines, paperless set-up instructions, edit programs to accommodate any changes in engineering.

Skilled in deburr of parts and keeping tolerances of radius and chamfers.

Usage in all types of machine and tools in the machine shop.
