Mr. Raab has licensed Patents and intellectual properties for the latest technologies in the fields of Pyrolysis, Waste to energy, Composting and Water Purification. He designed and initiated patients for Bio Digesters and Waste collection barges when nothing suitable existed commercially. He has brought on experts and fellow system intigrators in every field needed to complete the corporate missions and support the Millennium Development Goals and the United Nations.

the hotel industry. have done initial project planning, designing, budgeting, logistics, feasibility studies environmental impact evaluations and planning for very large projects.

including but not limited to: UpLink America’s Nationwide Broadband backbone with last mile delivery to underserved rural America (600M). UpLink Global, Partner with UWTGC to offer integrated Information and Telecommunications services to the Sub Saharan region along the western coast of Africa over an interconnected submarine fiber optic cable and terrestrial backhaul network ($1.65 B).Satellite Offices to be delivered to Iraq to support the nation re-building efforts ($51 M).

I designed a wireless infrastructure project to cover the ‘Go Zone’ area affected by hurricane Katrina for first responders (50M). Madagascar port and infrastructure projects as well as the TeleHealth and distance learning infrastructure.(1.5B)

MCI / WorldCom - 1999 to 2000 – Traveling Project Manager

Site Compliance Engineer/ Project Manager for the CY2000 project.

Dispatched to a permit approved site location to hire every contractor needed for the project and begin the expansion of the fiber optic repeater site from excavation to final closing of the new security gate.

All phases to be completed and approved per the MCI handbook. MCI allotted 28 days per site to procure the work force (team of contractors), materials, cranes and equipment. Mr. Raab and his new team would prepare for, and land the new fiber equipment shelter; pull the new fiber and re establish all mission critical functions to put the site back online.

Built his first track homes at the age of 23, completing the final phase of a 149 home subdivision. Built his first million dollar homes at the age of 25, the nicest selling for $1.2 million. Master finish carpenter as well as a seasoned General Contractor. He and his employees (14 full time at one point) have trimmed over 500 new homes, built dozens of decks and numerous remodeling projects and many commercial projects including Worthington Steel Mill Data Center, Churches, Schools and even a sports entertainment complex that had 2 miniature golf courses a driving range, batting cages and a mini NASCAR go cart track. Government work included a 4 month 220 home lead abatement project in Phillipsburg NJ. and various remodeling projects for the Bucks County Opportunity Counsel.
