Operational Maintenance Leader August 2008 –September 2016
Responsibilities: Focal point for Maintenance Management, Contractual Performance and Deliverables in accordance to services agreement. Lead the Reliability, Planning, Scheduling, Shutdown and Performance teams which involved circa 35 people. Accountable in critical activities related to Process Safety such as process isolation, Hot-Taps, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) maintenance and welding activities. Technical leads for bidding proposals, supporting the BD function on commercial models. Support on a daily basis critical maintenance issues to sites.
Participating in Operational projects, installation of new equipment and commissioning of machinery used in oil and gas flow stations and early production oil wells (Gensets, transfer pumps, Variable speed drivers, flowlines, pipelines, production separators, storage tanks), Liaise and coordinate with parties (project personnel and vendor) in order to evaluate designing of facilities for process lines, electricity, instrumentation, mechanical and estructural requirements, ensuring both process safety and personal safety, as well as the application of appropriate environmental and health standards
Ensuring that materials, tools, consumables, craft, inspectors and vendor assistants are available to support the schedule, as well as construction equipment to perform activities(cranes, trucks, etc)

Responsibilities: Focal point for any Plants emergencies maintenance matters, and technical support for physical asset. Liaise with sub-contractors on the development and deliverables of scope of work for multidisciplinary services for equipment such as turbo-compressors, turbo-generators, pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, pipeline and execution of Manage of Change (MOC). Lead maintenance team wich involved approximately 12 people
