Did CFBC Boiler commissioning activities like hydro test, refractory try out, alkali boil out, steam blowing, safety valve setting, oil burner commissioning, boiler duct air leak test, boiler DP test, etc.

Did steam turbine commissioning activities like turbine over speed testing, generator shaft lift setting, condenser duct air leak test, lube oil line flushing, turbine bearing checking, etc.

Did commissioning of major equipments such as BFP, CEP, ACWP, LP heater, HP heater, Deaerator, Air cooled condenser, Lube oil system, Ejector, etc.

Successfully handled critical emergencies like black out, BFP trip, boiler tube failure, Turbine main steam inlet flange gasket leak, turning gear failure while turbine in hot condition, CEP trip, instrument compressor trip, DCS failure, hot well pump failure, etc.

Responsible for raising the plant modification, making of the plant operation procedures, trip reports and emergency procedures, analyzing plant efficiency, etc.

Hands on involvement, monitoring and controlling all activities for power plant, and restoration of plant after tripping as soon as possible.

Reduced breakdowns, extended machine life and consequently reduced operation and maintenance cost through elaborate planning and immaculate execution.

Up gradation of the technical knowledge and same to be shared with team members and try to maintain the team spirit.
