Administer the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between Ford Motor Company, the United Auto Workers (UAW) union, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) union at the largest Ford engine plant in North America, consisting of 1600+ union represented workers and 150+ non-union represented employees
