Collaborate closely with senior management to design, develop, and implement company policies and procedures, while maintaining compliance with the CBA and federal laws and regulations
Lead company representative in grievance hearings averaging a caseload of 30 grievances per month
Lead investigations for both hourly and salary employees and analysis of sexual harassment, Title VII, EEOC, ADA, hotline complaints and workplace violence issues to prepare recommendations for various disciplinary concerns and potential legal action
Selected Chairman of the Ford-UAW Local Diversity and Inclusion Committee
Lead training of line supervisors in Daily Interaction Sessions. Topics included, but are not limited to, handling discipline, de-escalating situations, difficult discussions, and bathroom breaks

Managed a $1,000,000+ training and development budget to ensure operations and union members were properly trained
