Responsible for payroll process from collecting attendance data till the disbursement

Maintaining human resource database in system - all employee’s records.

SAP Payroll Processing.

Compilation of Attendance (Monthly for preparation payroll).

Salary Process (Staff Executive, Managers, Confirmed Workmen, & C.L).

Loan / Salary advance - Application till Approval Process including Recovery.

Preparing Full & final Settlement of left employee’s.

Distribution of Reimbursements (Medical Reim., Uniform Reimb., PLR).

Annual Payments - Bonus, Ex-gratia, PLR, Leave encashment & other allowances.

Account opening in the bank of new Joinees.

Calculation of Overtime.

Payment of Attendance Bonus (monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly).

Computation of leaves & maintaining leave record.

Muster Roll Generation – Monthly.

Monthly Payments :- PF, ESIC, PT, & third party payment lic, bank loan.

Monthly salary Closing & posting to Accounts Dept.

Prepared Salary slip & distribute to employee’s.

Timely Payment Deposit in the bank of PF, ESIC, PT.

Submission of Monthly PF Forms (withdrawl form).
