WORK EXPERIENCE:

01.05.2001 TO 31.03.2003 in M/s. BHARATH INTERNATIONAL as Technical Officer.

Nature of Work: Customer Care in Technical and Sales of Polycarbonate Jars 20lts to Packaged Drinking Water Companies imported from Taiwan.

Achievements: Achieved zero percent manufacturing defects for the supply of Poly carbonate jars to the customers that are imported from Taiwan.

01.04.2003 TO 31.03.2008 in M/s. SUIYO PLASTICS PVT LTD (now known as M/s. PLASCARE INDUSTRIES PVT LTD) as Works- Manager.

Nature of Work: In-charge in Manufacturing of Polycarbonate jars (5gallon, 20lts and 25lts) in AOKI Bi-axial Stretch Blow Molding Machine from Japan.

Achievements: Installed and commissioned AOKI Bi-axial Stretch Blow Molding Machine with support of Japanese Engineers.

01.04.2008 TO 31.03.2009 in M/s. CHENNAI MACHINES PVT LTD as Manager – Technical Services.

Nature of Work: Installation and Commissioning of various machineries for Packaged Drinking Water Companies in India and African Countries and also the Service back-up.

Achievements: Installed and commissioned various capacities of R/F/C machines for water, Auto and Semi – Auto Blow Molding machines and Auto Bulk water filling machines (starting from 100BPH to 400BPH).

Major Achievements: Installed and commissioned 200bpm Hot Filling PET line for SLICE for M/s Pepsico India holding pvt ltd – Aurangabad. (Line from Empty botle Unscrambler to Case packing).

Installed Empty Bottle unscrambler in various sites of M/s. Pepsico India holdings pvt ltd in India.

01.04.2009 TO 26.03.2010 in M/s. CHENNAI MACHINES PVT LTD as Deputy General Manager – Technical Services.

Nature of Work: Headed the entire technical team for Installation and Commissioning of various machineries for Packaged Drinking Water Companies worldwide and also the Service back-up.

27.03.2010 TO 08.03.2011 in M/s. CHENNAI MACHINES PVT LTD as Deputy General Manager – Plant Operation.

Nature of Work: Plant In-charge for our own manufacturing plant as a

Co-packer of M/s. Bisleri International Pvt Ltd and M/s. United Breweries.

Achievements: Production target of minimum 150000 cases / month was archived during my period with less 1% rejection.

09.03.2011 TO 25.08.2011 as HEAD SALES and SERVICE in M/s CHENNAI MACHINES PVT LTD.

Nature of Work: Heading sales and Service team both Commercial and Technical Department for various Machines in Packaged Drinking Water Industries.

Achievements: Controlling of the entire service team for the Installation and Commissioning of various machines around India and Overseas.

26.08.2011 TO 20.06.2014 as FACTORY MANAGER IN M/s ORANGE AQUA POLY PRODUCTS PVT LTD.

Nature of Work: Plant in-charge for Manufacturing of PET preforms both water and CSD, Plastic closures and BT caps for Packaged Drinking Water and Beverage Companies.

Achievements: Maintained the percentage of rejection less than 1% for all Working Capital Goods.

NOTE: All above mentioned list of companies fall under BHARATH INTERNATIONAL Group of companies (BI Group) having registered office at T.Nagar and factories at three various locations in Kanchipuram District.

01.07.2014 TO 31/07/2016 AS ASST. PRODUCTION MANAGER IN M/s. AACHI SPICES AND FOODS PVT LTD.

Nature of Work: Responsible for production activities in Beverage and Snacks unit.

Achievements: Achieved and Maintained the production targets for every month as scheduled by the management. Taking responsible for all packing material, raw material and the finished goods inventory management in both the plants.
