• Led sourcing, evaluation, underwriting and structuring of new development projects, acquisitions of existing properties, and property management contracts for Timbers Resorts, a vertically integrated luxury resort developer and operator.

• Capitalized new investments including $77mm of debt and equity for the development of Timbers Kiawah, a 21 unit beachfront private residence club, and $186mm of development financing for Hokuala, a 450 acre resort on the island of Kauai.

• Oversaw negotiations and documentation of planning, design and construction related contracts. Direct development teams working onsite, monitor on progress and coordinate efforts of team members from various departments and third party consultants to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
