$350MM annual OpEx budget, one shoreside and two offshore sites, and all logistics for via thrice-weekly air, 10-20 freighters, 150 boat, and 50 truck deliveries weekly. Ensure all operations meet or exceed all safety, corporate, regulatory, and legal standards, restrictions, and goals.

§ Conducted daily walkthroughs and inspections, reviewed production reports, hosted senior-level ops meetings, drove balance of workloads during peak hours and events, approved equipment repairs, advised on inventory management, and ensured all safety protocols

Developed SOPs and navigated extremely strict freight controls that resulted in avoidance of ALL government fines. Negotiated all labor, trade, and operations contracts and agreements.
