2015-16 Customer First support for power operator training simulator. Completed Bowen simulator Turbine upgrade from Woodward to GE Mark VI controls.

2014-15 Design and implemented operator training simulator for WE Energies power plant. The Oak creek Unit 5 have a Froster Wheeler WEPCO Boiler for 235 MW Coal fired unit with Ovation controls

2012-13 Design and implemented power operator training simulator for Lennox power generating station oil /gas fired and also for Oil/gas mixed fuel . This is a Drum Unit of 530 MW CE Boiler and GE Mark II Turbine controller with Foxboro controls

2010-11 Designed and implemented Big Cajun operator training simulator.This is a Drum unit of 550 MW B&W Furnace,GE Turbine Mark VI controller with Foxboro controls

2008-09 worked on I/A up grades from Unix to windows. Implemented Environment upgrades at numerous Southern company sites in Scherer, Wansley, Bowen. Completed many Simulation Environmental SCR and scrubber upgrades projects.

2007-08 Designed and implemented operator training simulator for Scherer, Southern Company. Drum unit of 880 MW CE Furnace and GE Turbine model and with foxboro controls. Tuned the model for plant ramp up and ramp down rates as per plant data. Implement hard panel logic with hand switches, annunciator panels and trip relays. Worked on tuning the electrical solve network.

2005-06 Designed and implemented operator training simulator for Hoosier in Indianapolis. Drum unit of 550 MW B&W Furnace and Westinghouse Turbine model with ovation controls

During 2004-05 Designed and implemented process model simulation for PNM operator training. Drum unit of 540 MW B & W Furnace and GE Turbine model with Foxboro controls.

2002-03 Designed and implemented process model simulation for Bowen operator training for a Once through unit of 910 MW CE Furnace and GE Turbine model with Foxboro controls.

1997-2001 Implementation Foxboro Controls, DCS procurement and Foxboro I/A Series Configuration and installation for Reliance India. Lead controls engineer for a 200 Million dollar Reliance refinery job at Jamnagar..

1991-1996 1Implementation Yokogawa Controls, DCS procurement and Yokogawa Centum Configuration and installation for power projects in India. A member of team of engineers worked on 40 Million dollar power job projects.. All plant are newly constructed 220 MW BHEL units with yokogawa controls.

1988- 1991Control maintenance Engineer for FACT petro Chemical Complex. Engineering Management team member worked on erection, calibration and commissioning of field instrument for a new plant construction,400 million dollar petro chemical complex.
