It annually produces over approximately 18,000 MT of different kind of Packaging products for FMCG’s Products Wrappers, Courier bags, Carrier bags, label films, paper products etc.

Manage new developments and implementation of strategic sourcing for a defined portfolio (Direct procurement) of Raw & Materials like different kind of BOPP films, CPP, Polyester or BOPET, Aluminum Foil, Papers, Polymer like LDPE, HDPE, PP, and Color Master Batches, Additives like CaCO3, TiO2, Slip and anti-block agents and different kind of Chemicals like Inks, Adhesives, solvents (Ethyl Acetate, Methoxy Propanol, Ethoxy Propanol, IPA, NPAC, Ethanol, Xylene etc. and (Indirect Procurement) all kind of machine parts that support internal requirements, goals and create long term value in the favor of company including facility management, contracts management and services. Deputy Manager Procurement & Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all purchasing requests are completed in an efficient manner, lead cost reduction initiatives, and material budgets.

Ensure that highly-quality solutions are achieved through competitive bidding and effective negotiations.

Establishing appropriate approval guidelines and business process for all purchase orders and make sure that all purchasing procedures are followed.

Manage the Purchase function responsible for providing uninterrupted supplies of raw materials and consumables to maintain targeted production levels.

Control imports of 200+ items of raw materials- like different kind of films, polymers, additives, Color masterbatches, Inks (raw material), Adhesives, Solvents, Paper cores, Paper products etc. from suppliers in the Middle East, Pakistan, India and Europe.

Responsible for assessing purchase requirements, planning the procurement cycle and managing inventories at optimum levels.
