Power & Associates and Ford Motor Company. While employed at Star Ford my regular duties consisted of resolving service issues for customers with special needs, earning me a service rating, through Ford Motor Company, of ten out of a possible ten. My customer service history at Rentway included such tasks as credit collections & account counseling, retail rental agreement sales and the resolution of technical issues for our customers and retail outlet.
