Boeing Site Manager, 2016-2017

Manage the safe execution of preventative, predictive, reactive, and planned maintenance efforts in support of a 2 location multiple building sites. My team is responsible for the support of all building and infrastructure systems and the management of all subcontractors and exterior support.

Managed the safety and training of all personnel and achieved the longest period of time without a recordable injury in the company of more than 13,000 hours.

Through the implementation of subcontractor administrator and the use of a shared parts procurement system with Boeing resulted in an annual savings of $1,250,000.00.

Spearheaded the placement of a site office trailer and supporting computer network in support of consolidating locations that technicians were required to use to complete the day to day activities.
