Human Resource Management:

• Oversee the implementation of Human Resources compensation and benefits through Human Resources staff.

• Successfully managed the administrative team with twenty-five (25) direct reports. All management activities in the capacity of training and development, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, workforce planning, manpower planning and talent management were executed with excellent results and commendation from stakeholders

• Ensure human resource policies and practices were adhered to in accordance with documented guidelines

• Manage employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one- on-one meetings, and Intranet use

• Handle a large volume of administrative matters including screening of calls, managing calendars, record-keeping, customer service for senior managers, interact with senior management, planning meetings for all senior managers within unit

- Conducting telephone interviews

- Supporting new employee orientation

- Project - Scanning and indexing of employee files (over 300 employees)

- Project – Managing the compliance aspect of all drivers (over 135 drivers) – ensuring that required documentation meets the DMV regulations. Interacts with all senior management in the Transportation department of Mclane.
