These include teams supporting USPTO’s sales (Order Entry Management System) and billing (Revenue Accounting Management) software, PALM (Patent Application Locating and Monitoring) System, Patent Application Information Retrieval (PAIR) System, and the Trademark Next Generation Content Management System (TMNG CMS). Oversaw a Level 2 and Level 3 help desk team of four subcontractor personnel providing support to US Department of State embassies and consular offices worldwide. Within 90 days of taking over the contract, the help desk was closing tickets at a faster rate than the previous contractor.

Technical Team Lead – Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Maintained and updated an application and supporting Oracle 9i database for tracking DHS security background investigations for federal employees and contractors.

Developed automated reporting system for Oracle database, combining PL/SQL, ANT, Java, XSLT, FOP, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel.

Acted as deputy project manager for a team implementing a quality management system. The goal of this project was a CMMI Level 3 appraisal for FC Business Systems.
