ERMS Due Diligence Questionnaire Application Feb 2017 – till date
As part of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) financial institutions (FIs) who are regulated by the United States government are required to research every customer and account held at their institution for possible suspicious behavior. They are required to report this suspicious behavior to FinCEN, the United States Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. To comply with this regulation, the FI is required to understand what “normal” behavior should be for each customer and account and use this as a baseline for identifying “suspicious” behavior. The process for doing this is commonly referred to as Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for customers and Account Due Diligence (ADD) for individual accounts. Additionally, the FI is required to perform supplemental research on any customer or account that that presents a higher risk for money laundering or terrorist financing. This is commonly referred to as Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
To assist FIs in fulfilling CDD, ADD and EDD requirements, Jack Henry is developing a “Due Diligence Questionnaire Application” (DDQA). The DDQA is responsible for allowing the FI to create questionnaires for CDD, ADD and EDD that can be completed, stored, and sent to the back-end for scoring.
The DDQA is being designed for use within the Company’s Financial Crime Risk Mitigation (FCRM) product. FCRM is currently in development and will be developed in parallel with the DDQA. FCRM is a joint development effort between company and its vendor.

Hitachi-Sales Web Portal Mar 2015 – Jan 2017
Sales Web Portal is designed as one stop portal application to address one of the key issues faced by the GTM Teams (this term is intended to incorporate Technology, OS, and MC&I Sales Teams across the globe) to discover and assemble the required information from various data sources and put together the marketing and project proposal response collateral. Multiple locations of data sources multiplied with lack of authoritative information at any point of time makes the process of putting a proposal and estimate together a laborious, manual and time consuming process which puts the company at risk of losing opportunities due to missing tonight deadlines.

Team member, Client Budget Tool (CBT)
Client Budgeting Tool (CBT) is budget capturing tool that helps the Project managers / business managers in Edelman to log and capture the budget information of various ongoing and new business projects that they are involved with. This is developed to replace the existing excel based application to overcome its drawbacks. There are four major modules in the CBT application
Rate master – This captures all the required information for the CBT application which is available in PeopleSoft.
CBT Application – The actual application which will help in creating projects / activities / revenue schedules / resource information, displays the activity summary report and manages the approval workflow along with creation of the interface file
Approval Workflows – The approval / rejection workflow logic for the budgets approval
Submit to GFS– The approved project information will be updated to People soft (GFS).
This tool has many specific features like creating budget as copy of existing budget, creating activity in project as a copy of other activity in same project, viewing all versions of budget which are submitted to GFS (Global Finance systems) etc.
