CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Planned and executed an internal communications/change management campaign to promote a consumer driven health plan option. Goal was to transition 10% employees to high-deductible plans. We achieve 103%, including those not previously enrolled in DPS benefits. Campaign won an IABC Gold Quill Award.
Designed and implemented the communications to launch the first all-employee engagement survey at a 17,000-employee school district. Response rate was 67%.
Led the employee communications for a two-year project to implement a new electronic health record system
Created and executed effective internal community benefit campaign to engage and educate employees at a non-profit hospital on the importance of community benefit reporting, resulting in a $2 million increase in benefit reporting.
Developed and implemented a strategic communications campaign to support a large and complex construction project. Project was successfully completed nine months ahead of schedule and several million dollars under budget. Communications campaign received two awards.
