PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 7 YEAR 6 MONTHS

RECENT EMPLOYEE:- Worked at NASEER S. AL HAJIRI CORPORATION(NSH) of Saudi Arabia from August 2016 to August 2017 as an Aramco approved mechanical inspector.

NSH is an EPC based organization running in Middle East from last 40years and above.Executed projects under Daelim, Jacob's, Technip, Exxon Mobil, TR engg.

Successful execution of FADHILI GAS PLANT under SAUDI ARAMCO COMPANY. Main roles and responsibilities:

Handling Aramco Personal for inspection related activities of material receiving and approval

Conducting the fit up inspection with Aramco and contractors personal.

Control and monitoring of CS,NACE & SS materials.

Review and approval of RFI before submitting to Aramco.

Coordination with engineering department for any technical query.

Performing the inspection after final weld for pipe to pipe and pipe to flange joint.

Conducting the internal cleanliness of pipe before final assembly.

Closing of previous punch list before commencement of next work

Witness of tensioning and torquing of final mating part assembly.

Worked as Quality Control Inspector with M/s. Larsen & Toubro Limited, Powai since April 2014 To June 2016 through fabtech manpower consultant.

L & T is one of the major industrial giants from India. Its fabrication shops are located in Mumbai and Hazira (Gujrat). This company is holding ASME U, U2, U3, N,NPT, R & S stamps. This company is involved in fabrication of pressure vessels (e.g. nuclear reactors, boilers, steam drums, dearators, urea reactors, urea strippers), heat exchangers (e.g. carbamate condensers, water coolers), cement plant components (e.g. hoppers, mill body), nuclear power plant components (e.g. calandria, end shields), power piping – spool and site fabrication, other structural fabrication work (e.g. gas turbine casing).

RESPONSIBILITES

Responsible for stage wise inspection like material identification, marking cutting, fit-up, final weld visual, dimension check-up, hydro test, Leak test etc.

ASNT NDT level II (MT,PT,UT & RT)

Work Instructions and Quality Plans as required and issue as per Quality System Procedures.

Monitoring production, keeping control over activities and analysing processes for stabilization thereby ensuring smooth operations.

Review subcontractors welding procedures and ensure compliance to the Client specification (pre-heat, inter pass-temperature, hardness, mechanical test)

Loading Witness of component for Heat treatment & Review of chart.

Performing Baroscopic inspection & Chloride testing for water check.

PROJECT WORK

Augmentation of heat transfer through pipe by using internally threaded fins with varying pitch".

Basically this project deals with thermodynamics & heat transfer. We have concentrated on number of thread that has to increases the efficiency & reduce the thermal boundary layer formation from inside surfaces.
