1.Site Engr. (Sept 2015 up to August 11, 2016)

Responsible to check the exact lay out of the project as per foundation plan. Inform to superiors about the manpower utilization scheduling, tools utilization schedule, construction methods before the start up of the construction. Estimates the quantity of the construction materials such as cement, sand gravel, steel bars, coco forms, plywood, nails, tie wires and etc. Closely monitoring the workers about their job assignment to clarify their ability. Ocular inspection of the project site elevation, to clarify the exact amount of the Housing Project. Make estimates for materials needed for the start up the construction; cement, sand, gravel, steel bars, chb, etc. Advice foreman about the manpower scheduling, tools utilization; Safety. 3. Construction Foreman (Feb. 2013 to June 2013)

JMT/EEI (uptown mall project)

Responsible and maintain exact dimension of form works, Scaffolding, Aluma metal framing, Penolic for slab form.

Monitoring of carpenters capability to ensure the specific plans form condition.

Inspect the tightening of Aluma clamp.

Responsible to make forms of beams, girders at exact methods.

Columns & Beams must be fix & tight with tie rod.

Before pouring, see to it that all areas are clean and permanent shoring install while curing period of slab.

Attend bidding any Government Projects, school buildings, road concreting, box culvert and submit estimates lower than the approved budget cost of the Municipal Engineer.

Make estimates of the construction materials needed such as sand, gravel, cement, steel bars, hollow blocks especially in building construction.

Supervise the carpenters, mason, welders and laborers their efficiency to do their job assignments plastering, carpentry, welding.

5. Boiler Control Room Operator Duties and responsibilities

1997-1999 (Philphos Corporation)

Entries the logbook the manpower on duty in the shift operation

Check the control panels pilot light, Pressure indicator, Temperature indicator controller, Flow indicator, if found different field indication of field instruments, instrument technician is responsible to repair.

Responsible to start up/shutdown of the boiler.

Monitors all process variable in Boiler Operation.

Maintain high pressure steam at 41 kg/cm g – at 380 c, so that no condensate hammering inside the steam line.

Maintain exact pressure to drive turbine for start-up of Sulfuric Acid Plant.

Responsible to maintain dearator and upper drum level when Boiler is operated.

Regulate firing of fuel oil maximize coal firing to minimize fuel cost.

Fired boiler with an excess air to avoid air pollution.

Informed Supervisor for the equipment abnormalities.

Record the boiler water consumptions, fuel, and steam production, as required for our superior about the production report.

Hourly monitoring of the boiler water analysis at lest 8.5 – 10.5 ph, to prevent corrosion and scaling of the boiler bank tubes

6. Utilities Water Treatment (Lime as Neutralizing agent)

Sea Water is the cooling medium of the Plant Operation, therefore it is our duties to maintain the sea water return at exact p. h. to avoid pollution at sea water. Every shift of operation, be sure to know the result from the Quality Control about the sample of the Sea Water return. During operation, contract workers maintain the pouring of Lime manually at 60 bags/hr. as recommended by the Quality Control, to be pour at the sea water return. Hourly coordinate the p. h. at sea water return to prevent pollution at sea water, so that increase/decrease the dosage of lime needed. Monitor closely the worker how they perform the job at the exact quantity of lime to be pour at the screen mess, top to canal of the sea water return line. Sampling point should be located near the seashore return line, so that it can be easily determine how the lime reacts well Safety goggles and gloves necessary when handling this material, to prevent damage any art of the body.

7. Boiler Field Operator Duties and Responsibilities

1984-1987

Check desecration process.

Check fans operation.

Monitor BFW pumps operation.

Responsible to check fuel oil heating station/electric heater.

Operate coal handling facilities.

Responsible to light on the burners.

Responsible to start stoker grate operation.

Conduct intermittent blow down when boiler water is acidic and more silica content.
