Reverse engineering of BIW panels, Plastics parts, Casting parts and Sheet metal parts for medium duty Truck and Bus Component, Inline with Daimler Chrysler startup model.

Components are re-designed from Drawings, Wire frames and CatiaV4 models to Complete Parametric CatiaV5 models.

Creation of Components using DC methodology and DC standards.

Completely parametric modeling maintaining a dimensional Accuracy of about 0.1mm deviation from input and modify the suitable Areas to adjust new platform vehicles.

Some of the components modeled are Roof Panel, Mitsubishi Logo, Oil tank Lid for IP, Housing Spindle, Post Guard Frame, Etc. The project was also involved in designing of attachment features such as ribs, locaters and boss etc. These features were developed from the section details given by the customer.
