Monthly profession Tax payment. Maintaining Loan Accounts of Employees. Annual dues payment. Like – Bonus, LTA, Medical, Leave Encashment & other Allowances etc. Preparing full and final settlement (FFS) of left employees multi Locations.
Statutory Compliance:
Timely payment of monthly PF, EPS, EDLI and ESIC Contribution to Bank. Follow up for monthly PF, P.Tax and ESIC challans, submission of monthly and Annual PF, EPS Returns, Form No.13 etc. and ESIC Returns Multi locations. Processing PF & ESI claims (Form-10C, 10D, 19, 2) etc. Issuing ESI card to employees. Submission of Declaration Forms of PF & ESI to concern authorities.
Maintaining ESIC Register – Multi locations.

Looking after Photo Chemical Plant operations at Andheri. i.e handling routine issues relating to I R,Union settlements and maintain harmonious relations with workmen and Unions.
