Payroll / Compensation:

Account opening of new joinees. Responsible for end to end payroll process i.e. from collecting attendance data till the disbursement of salaries & wages.

Leave management. Maintaining Attendance & leave records Register.

Handling employee Grievances, I R

Monthly profession Tax payment. Maintaining Loan Accounts of Employees. Annual dues payment. Like – Bonus, LTA, Medical, Leave Encashment & other Allowances etc. Preparing full and final settlement (FFS) of left employees multi Locations.

Statutory Compliance:

Timely payment of monthly PF, EPS, EDLI and ESIC Contribution to Bank. Follow up for monthly PF, P.Tax and ESIC challans, submission of monthly and Annual PF, EPS Returns, Form No.13 etc. and ESIC Returns Multi locations. Processing PF & ESI claims (Form-10C, 10D, 19, 2) etc. Issuing ESI card to employees. Submission of Declaration Forms of PF & ESI to concern authorities.

Maintaining ESIC Register – Multi locations.

To ensure compliances and returns under various Acts such as Shop & Est., contract labour, Maternity Benefit, MLWF, Employment Exchange, Factory, BMC Etc.( Renewal of Factory License, BMC License)

Income Tax :

Filing quarterly E – TDS Return salary & other than salary. Multi-location. Monthly Income Tax payment. TDS working of each employees, sending Investment Declaration forms to the employees after getting the details preparing Income Tax working sheet for monthly TDS. Also filing Yearly I. Tax Return of Trust - Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund

Accounts/Banking / Insurance / Legal / Housekeeping / & other Exposure :

Looking after Photo Chemical Plant operations at Andheri. i.e handling routine issues relating to I R,Union settlements and maintain harmonious relations with workmen and Unions.

To ensure that proper discipline is maintained at the work place i.e. inside the Factory premises

Consulting Lawyers and attending legal matters /Estate matters, Liaison with Govt. Semi Govt. Authorities, Transport, canteen services, facilities maintenance, handling I R & Union settlements, Recruitment, Interviews, Appointment/confirmation letters.

Employee Travel, Hotel Reservation, Petty cash handling, Fixed deposit work, stock taking, Preparing Sales / DO Invoices, Mobile Phone vendor and complaint management. Authorizing office expenses/T.A etc. Multi locations.

Festival celebration, Decoration of office & Festival cards, Gift for clients, Employees & Events.
