Implemented the Planning and Scheduling Tool Assistant (P.A.S.T.A), in partnership with EPRI Solutions that is used in daily, weekly and monthly planning for the 11 fossil plants. This includes development and standardization of work package standards, templates and procedures for job specific tasks.
